1: Place your order and make payment.
2: Contact us or leave a note with the following info (if applicable):
- Name or text for the design
- A tagline or slogan if available.
- Color scheme, up to 3 colors.
- Valid e-mail address for delivery.
3: We'll send you a message to confirm your order.
4: Next, we work on your design and send you the files via e-mail within 1-2 days.
You will receive:
- 1 high resolution design in the image format of your choice
(JPEG, Transparent background PNG, TIF, GIF) - FREE PSD, AI or ID source file.
Alternatively, if you prefer to customize the design template yourself, please feel free to do so. But always know that we are happy to do it for you.
- Ownership Certificate/Design License is an add-on to give you the ownership rights to use the design we create for you.
- By purchasing it, we will send you the ownership certificate. That way you're free to use it for any purpose without limitations.
- Either add it to your cart at the time of your initial order or purchase it at a later time.
- If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
- The certificate will only be e-mailed. NO physical item is shipped.
Print designs are high resolution with full color, CMYK and commercial print ready.
Each download file contains a list of fonts used and links to their websites.
All major credit cards accepted as well as PayPal checkout. When using PayPal, you can pay with a debit or credit card and even your PayPal account. So, you don't need to have nor create a PayPal account.
Refunds & Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on digital (downloadable) products. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately. Our response is prompt. Our goal is to ensure you'll happy with your purchase.
